Developing Your Team's Purpose

A shared vision should be your first step on your journey.

Using proven consensus-building techniques, the objective of this workshop is to define why your organization exists, what you really do, whom you serve, what you aspire to grow towards and to define key beliefs and core values which are shared by your group ...all of this will help your team create a motivating statement of your organization's purpose.

Custom formats:
We can work with you to custom design this one day workshop to develop your group's statement of purpose (mission/vision). Four to 18 participants can be accommodated. We can bring this session to your workplace or arrange for off-site facilities.
