Project Planning

Project teams are short-term organizations, usually working under a good deal of pressure.

Clarity of purpose is even more important when the team has not had the benefit of long-term relationships. This workshop helps a team define the purpose, goals and tasks of a particularly project. It can also assist in building action plans for the implementation or evaluation phase of the project.

Custom formats:
We can work with you to custom design this one day workshop to develop a set of goals for your group. Four to 18 participants can be accommodated. We can bring this session to your workplace or arrange for off-site facilities.
