
We facilitated a half day pre-planning session and a three day workshop for the senior management group of the Internet Services Division. The workshop focused on team development in a merger situation and consensus strategic planning. Participants make commitments to form a stronger base building their interpersonal relationship and to work towards their common goals. Relational leadership training included conflict resolution strategies and difficult conversation practice sessions using a skilled facilitator. They also learned new tools to improve communications in a multi-location organization.
