Strategic Planning and Organizational Redesign: 2000 - 2004

We worked with this mid-sized company over three years to help them develop a disciplined and collaborative approach to developing goals and action plans with management and representatives from each operational division. The focus was on creating action plans to improve the flow of product. and a commitment was made to explore a number of ideas to improve the compensation package. Also provided a two day team building workshop with an emphasis on communication skills training.
