Strategic Planning and Organizational Redesign: 2000 - 2006

Over a period of five years, we facilitated this medium sized company's strategic planning process. We assisted them in developing a mission statement and redefining roles and responsibilities as the company continued to expand. This included developing discipline around creating goals and gaining staff commitments to specific tasks in an action plan. As the company continued to grow, we looked at new organizational models to meet the increasing demands that were being felt as a result of significant increase in sales and staff. We helped create and develop their management team, and reorienting their focus to the broad concerns of managing all aspects of the business, including human resource and operational planning.
