Senior Management Relational Leadership Training and Planning Retreat: May, 2007

We designed and facilitated a two day relational leadership workshop that focused on the question "How can we build an effective team that includes honest communication?" Participants reviewed the current situation and then considered what kind of working relationships they wanted. They made commitments to each other to form a stronger base for building their interpersonal relationships and to work towards their common goals. Training included state of the art communication strategies and facilitated practice sessions.

The group also focused on a series of high priority goals for keeping key employees and developed a communication plan for all employees for the entire group of companies. Next steps were also identified for maintaining the new relational leadership skills.
