In 2007, the Ministry of Health held 16 Regional Public Health Forums, Health Professionals Meetings and Patient Focus Groups to enable British Columbians to get together and talk about health care. It was an opportunity to directly give the Government ideas for solving some of the challenges facing the health care system to ensure it is there for future generations. IC Possibilities Inc. provided lead facilitation services as part of a team of over 30 facilitators. Meeting design varied for each session and included elements of Courtyard Cafe, Open Space, Creative Planning Dialogues and focus group format.
