Health Sector

The Health sector has been undergoing rapid change in the areas of governance, scope and service delivery. We have work at all levels helping the Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, and individual professional organizations deliver their mission more effectively. Most recently we provided facilitation services to the Ministry of Health for their extensive initiative (Conversation on Health). They invited health professionals and the public from across British Columbia to offer their wisdom and experience on pressures and solutions for our health care system.

Private Sector

We have assisted a wide range of private sector organizations, both large and small. We help organizations hold dialogues with their staff around strategic and project planning, mission/vision creation, change management, employee involvement, team development, relational leadership and a host of other issues.

We have worked extensively with the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance to help them shape their values and organizational service code. We have also assisted the Ministry in holding employee dialogues on a variety of issues including the development of social policy and working towards a consensus on service standards. The Ministry also called on us to help facilitate dialogues with various external stakeholder groups.

Resource Management Sector

During the early 2000s, the Government of British Columbia made a number of significant governance changes related to resource management. Our firm helped a number of these agencies develop new relationships while undergoing significant organizational change or while working on specific multi-party projects.

We also assisted some professional associations and advocacy groups working in this sector with strategic planning initiatives and communication skills development.

We facilitated public consultation processes and supported communities when they faced difficult choices by offering Future Search Conference facilitation.

Regional Government Sector

We have worked with local governments helping them to build strong senior management teams. Relational leadership has been a strong focus for our clients. They seek to develop their collaboration skills which compliments their intention to build citizen centred organizations. (See other sectors, such as health, for projects we facilitated that local governments were joint partners in.)
